These Terms apply to all users, including internal employees and external customers accessing the customer portal.

ColorWrap Inc. provides a cloud-based production management platform that enables:

• Order management and tracking
• Production floor visibility and scheduling
• Customer portal for order status and communication
• Integration with QuickBooks Online for invoicing
• Support ticket system
• Document management and file uploads

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials

3.2 Account Security

• Use a strong, unique password
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
• Impersonate another user or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Order Submission

Orders submitted through the platform constitute an offer to purchase production services. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

5.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Invoices are generated through QuickBooks Online
• Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend service for overdue accounts

5.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply. Contact your account manager for details.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

The Service, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by ColorWrap Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (designs, specifications, documents). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for providing the Service.
